What will you do if you are working in a company, where your only benefit is your salary and it's not rewarding,and over all of this you lost your experience?

If so then i have to see the alternative option either i should talk with manager or leave the job.

look for something that is rewarding and adds to my experience.

It depends, I might have high growth opportunity and in this case I will consider it investment in my career growth, while in case their is no benefit, not adequate return I will discuss it openly with my manager if there is no response from him I will have to look for another job.

It already happened to me, immediately I resign and then search for another job.
Alert: "you lose your experience" what you need to happen more than that !

First, you need to be patient because the money is not the most important, especially if you're new to work then select what you want and search for it, even if what you're looking for is difficult .Greetings
