Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. How?

YES THATS TRUE,, CHANGE STARTS FROM YOU,,, SECONDLY YOU HAVE TO MAKE FAVOURABLE CIRCUMSTANCES  FOR CHANGE BECAUSE PEOPLE NORMALY REPEL CHANGE, EVEN THOUGH EVERY ONE IS TALKING ABOUT CHANGE,,, WE WANT TO CHANGE THE CITY, COUNTRY , WORLD BUT WE ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE OURSELF.

The success of changes depends on the self motivation of the team.

Changes are recommended from internal faith to do or not.

Allah (Subhanuh Wa Ta'ala) opens the door of repentance for guilty people and asks them just to motivate the inner willing and feelings to change their life manner. Repentance is the continual improvement of the beleivers to accept the changes of their life to the best.

Change starts with the WELL and that comes from within. It might ne motivated by external factors, but even those will not drive a successful change without the well of the participants and the imacted community.

I do agree with Mr. Zafar and Mr. Hussein

Changes may come under different circumstances. Waiting for change, means no proactivity against faced challenged. I believe in adapting in eventual situation based on global guidance from the institution. I believe in persons who "dare" in stepping towards positive change. Evaluating and forecasting issues lead to a good management startegy.
