It depends on the situation as comfortable working environment, salary & benefits and boss behavior. I think that every employee needs to stay in any organization at least03 years because it is a sufficient time to prove him or her.

Equal apportuanity is the right of every employee & every one is having the right to be promoted after having capability for the next highier position. No one will continue if there is no justice and therfor most of the empoyers lose experienced employees. If there is chance and the contract is completed with previouse employer so this is best time to move.If any one have the promotion chance so no one will leave with same employer.

Very interesting question. The mobility of staff depends on the environment in his company. It is said that companies loose good staff due to the attitude of the supervisor. I have spent more than seven years in a petrolium company and decided to move and search for greater challenges. The company's policy plays a great role in the movement of personnel.
