What's the best way an entry level professional can gain entrance into the middle-eastern job market?

This questions revolves specifically around fresh graduates living outside the middle eastern states. Moreover, the focus is on management graduates and the tips they can get in order to get a reputable job in the region.

Two or three things may be helpful

1-  Western nationality preferably American or British

2-  Join one of the big companies who are already active in the middle-east

3-  Keep an eye on jobs posted in such sites as BAYT, MonsterGulf, Naukri, ... etc

Hopefully this is of help to you !

The best way would be first to have the skills and education needed, then knowing the language and culture is important, to always act professional and pleasant. To always be ahead of trends and to always stay on top of your field with research!

I also agree with Mr. Thiab's answer. However, if you are coming from another nationality aside from the West or Europe, and you're not always getting the cut from large companies or corporations even though you're always active in Middle East job sites, I think the only way you can land a job on any company as an entry level would either be a recommendation or a referral from a significant figure in a company (this is not really a good answer but it is a common occurrence in some companies) or you will start at the bottom of the market by getting a job in a small company and working your way up the ladder by gaining education and experience in your field.

I strongly agree with Mr. Thiab, if you work in any multinational company or international organization that would be helpful te get job in western market.
