Yes Ithink that because there is no health cover in all countries ,also no health or medical insurance in all countries so we need to improve health services to improve health promotion

Health Promotion is now in evolution but not as required we need to control diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease, but it has to be to enable individuals and communities to increase control over the determinants of health and thereby improve their health

No, i don't think so..but what i believe is that, due to the bad economy in middle east countries , they ignor the interests of health promotion

Health promotion is a term that has been applied to a wide range of approaches to improving health of people, communities and populations.

The purpose of health promotion is to positively influence the health behavior of individuals and communities as well as the living and working conditions that influence their health.

I will not say its under-rated in ME....... the awareness is being increased many folds in the past decade. Hope it will reach to a satisfactory level soon.

Absolutely YES! Middle east, especially is mostly clinin oriented and not prevention oriented. Health promotion is essential in reducing the burden on the clinical health system. They say prevention is better than cure and its costs pennies compared to clinical costs in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.............
