Racial Descrimination is something we can never run away from, it is unfortunately everywhere. However, we must not be distracted once this is felt but rather prove them that you can do better. How I deal with it is simple. I execute my responsibilities and focus on how i can be at my best and show them that my race does not define my capabilities.

I love surprising them with things they never imagined I could do. Sample is when applying for a job and I read "No Asians or No Asian Accent Please" it may sound polite but its still racial at the same time. i'd call them (if number is available) and ask if the position has already been filled (using English accent or many calls European accent), then reveal in the end that I was actually an ASIAN, however I can also learn different accents and languages but this kind of Sterotyping blocks our chances to get hired.

Its simple, invest on gaining more knowledge and skills, take time to learn other customs and culture, listen and keep on learning.

by doing your best, be nice with all, even with racist colleague.no one can ignore the excellent worker.

the racial descrimination is the word of past, we find a number of people who discourage this act in every department of our career, therefore in this modern time everybody is aware of this, so it is advisable not to discuss this issue on your part and i am hopefull nobody will temper with this issue.
