There is a lot of bossism exist in most of the companies. What steps do you recommend for companies to take to change the working environment/culture?

Example: People don't get open up, afraid to speak to their leaders, never bring issues/concerns to table

Times you expose your point of view regarding the situation face to face with leaders, if you want to stay in that job, and if you have not managed to change the situation, I think we need to find the right place for us.Go where we want and we appreciated.

This problem originate from weak personality from the employee and tough management style of managers. Some managers prefere to hide away and not sharing the working life with their staff, only live insude closed rooms with outer guards. In such environment, it is difficult to change management untill changing of this military concept of business.

The choice for employee either to keep away of stage avoiding his boss, or to try to react within several means of communications: as physical talk, messages, social network, smart phones and other media. The reactable with respect employee is much better than that "Yes, Sir" employee.

First of all, let us admit the dominant culture in almost95% (if not more) of our organizations is lousy, demotivating, frustrating, and yields low performance at almost all fronts

Those who you refer to as "leaders" have no clue what true leadership is about, and most of the time they really do not care at all as long as their own status/position/empire/benefits remain untouched.

It is also true that the majority of those described as "leaders" are nothing more than "administrators" going by the book literally and are not willing to take risks or  deviate from the "black and white" rules regarding what is allowed and what is not according to the management system.

The problem you are facing with these people is that they are the opponent and the judge at the same time, and it is difficult to expect justice or rational thinking in this situation !
