 - Give them comfort zone in start by offering them water or tea.

 - Through open end question, do that they speak out.

 - Ask for their contibution.

 - Do ask about personality traits.

  • The1st step would be to check the candidates IQ. This can be tested by arithmatical questions in time and motion , algebra etc.
  • There should be a language proficiency test.
  • The third test would be the EQ test. Wheter the person fits into the job profile. For a mangerial or supervisory position practical questions can be asked.
  • For example- If all your subbordinates ask for leave in a festive season(u know the show must go on) how do u tackle.
  • How would you stop attrition . ETC.
