Making all customers delighted should be the goal. When one starts with this premise, one could hope to keep most customers happy. Customer is the reason we exist. At times despite ones intent to keep the customers happy, one is not able to do so because of extraneous reasons. But aiming to delight the customers should be the focus of everyone on a given organization

No! Cause customers are people, and people by nature are hard creatures to satisfy. A pet or a home plant is much easier to satisfy than a person. Even bacteria can be easily satisfied to the level of "delight", if body hygiene is made absent, but not people. With people, you just make the best of it and you always should try your best. I think it's easier to satisfy a person through offering a product or a service to his pet, cattle, plants, body, family, car, home, office, company or bacteria than to "him directly". That's what makes selling to people a challenging and exciting job!
