هل تسجيل علامة تجارية في الاتحاد الأوروبي يغني عن تسجيلها في أي دولة أوروبية؟ وبصيغةٍ أخرى: إذا كنت أرغب في تسجيل علامة تجارية في السعودية، والعلامة خاصة بشركة تابعة لدولة أوروبية ( فرنسا مثلا أو أسبانيا) وقدمت أسبقية صادرة من الاتحاد الأوروبي فهل تعد الأولوية في حد ذاتها دليلاً على تسجيل العلامة في بلد المنشأ؟؟ أرجو التكرم بتسبيب الاجابة
نعم ،يمثل انتماء الدولة المنشأ للعلامة للإتحاد الأوروبي إعفاءا لصاحب العلامة من إعادة إيداع العلامة في دولته إذا كانت العلامة مسجّلة في الإتّحاد .
