As such there is no one best software for anything. What matters is which software is more easy to learn and used mostly in companies. As of Architecture I would suggest ArchiCAD .
I am not sure by what you meant best. Different software needed for different purposes even in one field. For example, you use3Ds Max for architectural visualisation or AutoCAD for architectural working drawing. Revit tries to pack everything in one but still there's limitation.
