If this rate is accurate, it would be actually sad. You'd think that bullying would stop after high school. 

 

Well, I think that corporates should raise awareness about this issue. Make sure to let your employees know what your values are. Also, make it clear that bullying will not be tolerated at any circumstance. 

However, sometimes the source of bullying is the top management. The solution: decentralized management. Ultimate power causes dictatorship. Therefore, everyone should be an employee and an employer.
