An Internet Service Provider (ISP) is the industry term for the company that is able to provide you with access to the Internet, typically from a computer.
In the1990s, there were three types of ISPs: dial-up services, high-speed Internet (also referred to as "broadband") offered by cable companies, and DSL (Digital Line Subscribers) offered by phone companies. By2013, dial-up services were rare (even though they were cheap), because they were very slow...and the other ISP options were typically readily available and much, much faster.
Web hosting is the service that makes your website available to be viewed by others on the Internet. A web host provides space on its server, so that other computers around the world can access your website by means of a network or modem. There are literally thousands of web hosting services available today, ranging from free services with limited options to expensive, specialized business web hosting services. Which option you choose depends primarily on how you plan to use your website and how much you want to spend.

A company that provides Internet Services such as; DSL, ADSL to surf internet, providing Static IP for a local server to act as hosting server to serve an online website server (Online Server). In short words any internet services you can use could be done through your ISP.
While on the other hand Web Hosting is part or specific service of an ISP that allows you to host your websites, email clients, domain host and some similar services.
Usually IPS such as Etisalat also offer you the Web Hosting services but there also some other third parties which offer Web Hosting Services such as; GoDaddy,1and1, Site5

Internet Service Provider (ISP):
A company which offers/provide internet services to customer whether individuals or businesses is known as ISP. Now a days most of telecommunication companies not only offer telephone connection but they also offer internet services to their subscribers. ADSL (Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line) is a good example of this service. For example in Pakistan ; PTCL which is privatised telephone service provider firm of Government of Pakistan offering ADSL services to their subscriber/customers. In this sense PTCL acts as ISP. :-)
Web Host:
Web Host is such an online buisness which is used to sell web space located at web servers for hosting customers. Web hosts also hosts websites at their systems. e.g: AlNoorSoft | Online Services is a web hosting service provider who offer different services, like domain registration, web hosting, SEO, e.t.c. but their main service is to provhosting space for websites. In this sense you can say that Al Noor Soft acts as web host. :-)
