How to maintain a correct answer to the "how much salary are you expecting" when a recruiter asks? very tricky!

I wonder why can't a person being interviewed ask the intetviewer for the company's salary scale? Unless if the company wants to pay as low as possible, and to me THAT is low.

I would simply say- I expect to be paid something commensurate with my qualification and skills.

Well, think about why are you seeking a change? if it is for money, you should ask for25-30% more than what you are getting now in the same country, and if it is different country you should look for Cost of Living, Accommodation cost and add on top of your current salary with additional percentage of15-25%.

And if you are seeking change for other reason, just state that I am getting this much right now, I would like to see your best offer above my current salary. Usually you will get10-15% with this answer. 

when it come to salary I prefer to Make a range between for example300 KWD  to400 KWD .

It would be a good for searching someone that organization and ask him how much salary for this position. In this situation I will be free and frank to negotiate salary with the employer according to position weight.

It is advised to upgrade your current salary by one third. If you receive currently100 then you have to ask for130 as minimum to shift to another job opportunity.If it is the first time to appoint as alumni, then you have to ask about your job career and peers salary which is much vary between company to another and country to another.
