Thank you so much fida

Best regards,

Yet there are tons of books and thoeries are there for Human Resource Management, they are useful too, but when we go to practical aspects, the man power can be managed best by getting them attached to a communication system which should be systematic in apporach to praise a employee or to warn a employee.

Generally employees gets hurted by improper communication gap and thinks that there is no one to listem him or her and this is the point where the roots begin in digging form, so we should avoid this situation and shall maintian active as well passive interactions.

Rest giving appericiations, warnings, rewards are the tagged stratergies which we do follow already.

- TEAM WORK.

- Willing to learn and constantly be aware of the way people think, how and why they behave in certain ways, how they learn and unlearn, and how to tap into their personal energy.’
