It’s not necessary that every time we had/have our desirable job …Mostly persons once face the same problem .
They didn’t get chance or platform to prove themselves .
But the fact is , They keep digging until they get succeed in it….Age factor comes with an experience to it’s a plus point to get good designation in a good company .
In case you are switching career, I don't advice to do so at this age coz you will start from the beginning.
But if you are already in or relevant to this field, you can search from the agencies and adv networks in you country "u can use media me website if you are in the Mena" and simply you can drop by to give your CV hand to hand, this will give a good impression about you, also look for media sales vacancies online and on the agencies and adv. networks websites.

Moreover; if i were to reply to ur question then it goes like this" most of the people are not doing what they were supposed to do' so its not an issue other that what ur experties are...!!! secondly if you dont find good job as Adham has told u to then make up a proposal as third party and submitt it to all the advertising agencies, radio channels & so is TV for their sales contract as it is happening in many parts of the world and now the people have tranformed into companies with marketing and sales rights....
in the mean while.......as u have done Media Sales/marketing, irrespective of any age u can go in sales and marketing in many companies coz products change RULES DONT.
in the end......have Faith...never loose Hope.!!!!
