Do you belief that Annual Performance Appraisal is better than half yearly performance appraisal?

Yes .. I generally belive annual appraisals are beter than semi-annual ones unless there is enough justification to change the frequency to6 months instead of12 months and possibly on exceptional basis justified by the stauts of the employee or the specifics of the job/role he or she plays in the organization
