How can we ensure that the data for different customers are kept separated by any CSP (Cloud service provider)?

these kind of facilities are provided by Provider but if you want to manage these all thing according to your satisfaction level than you should be adopt Private cloud .otherwise under cloud platform also databases are kept so they have responsibilities to manage data of different -2 customers.
