As per legal frame and FEDIC did client has rights to ask more vendors to EPC specially for large projects or he can insist on single for all projects

incase an EPC is awarded multiple packages proposes single vendor from tender /vendor list did client reserve the right to ask for using more vendor

obviously client has the right to ask for multiple vendors to take into account the quality, HSE, HSEM, manufacturers details with brands/makes of the typical/specific products/products and as well the vendors O&M manuals and operational details to liase as per the client/and international IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASTM standards BASICALLY.
