Good Day Zafar..... The generalized term PAIN KILLER is a vast term. A good PAIN KILLER has all Analgesic, Anti-Inflammatory & Anti-pyretic properties, because who ever needs a pain killer, mostly also needs relief in other associated effects of pain.
