This is a good question as many people as me this time to time. There is no one tool to do this work.

There are multiple tools depending on what you are looking for.

There are for example

social media listening tools - socialmention / radian6

social media analysis tools - radian6 / simplify360

social media execution tools - hootsuite / radian6 etc...

depending on what you are looking at, there are tools for that task.

Buffer App without a doubt.
