Actually I'm very sorry but I have another point of view as I saw that we need to gain some experience first. as we need to know which field exactly will be more comfortable with our real skills and talent too. all of us when we graduated we thought that, we can do everything and anything in our field perfectly but when we start the real work we discover what we exactly like and where's the real talent! Sorry if I have another opinion I wouldn't like to bother anyone

It is better to have1 year experience and then persue your MBA

If you do MBA after experience, you will have more maturity to understand subject

Note:- do not give more gap or it will be difficult to study once you get into job and have long gap

The best scenario is to take the MBA with a related work

Thankful for all your useful & helpful answers :)

I slightly agree with Mr Abdul's comment as it is difficult to come back to studies once you get in to the job, but if you have experience after completing your bachelors degree, you will have a better idea on the practical and theoritical aspects of the current job. Thus, this will help you to setup a better carrer goal and you can choose your particular specialisation for masters based on your experience and your pre-set career goal.

its better to start MBA then get an experience becoz of mostly person which are inter in professional life the cant continue study.

Hi,

It will eventualy depends on the kind of exposure you are looking for, I agree with Abdul that it becomes difficult to go back into student mode once you start working but if you want to get into an international college of repute they look / give preference to people with work experience.

End of the day as I said it depends on what exactly you are looking for as in case you complete your graduation and go for MBA immediately you would still be counted as a fresher with an MBA degree...or on the other side maintaining the balance between work, social life & study becomes difficult.....

You are the best person to look for pros & cons of this.

I think getting some experience first helps alot, because when you are on the job you can see the application of MBA which develops your interest and makes you learn comparatively better.
