The question I can't and don't answer in a new job interview is: "Why did I leave my previous company?"  It's very unethical to discuss the reason for leaving my previous company, especially if the reason has something to do with moral standards, low salary, or mismanagement. I'd rather make an alibi for leaving than exposing my previous company in a bad light even if it does injustice to me because it's not in my personality to ruin another's reputation.

Recently I attended an Interview with one of the top10 companies in the world and I was interviewed by the Director and VP HR and they asked me my strengths and weakness

My answer was I AM SURE YOU WILL NOT HIRE ME FOR MY WEAKNESSES SO LET ME TALK only ABOUT MY STRENGTHS AND I SPOKE ABOUT MY STRENGTHS AT LENGTH.

After hearing about my strengths in the end they stressed and asked with smile now what r your weknesses

I said I do not get angry fast and I do not write escalation mails so I don't get popolarity.(Interview penel was very happy with the answer and my honesty)

Lesson is:- In an interview your weakness also should sound like your strength

"What are the strong points and also the flaws in your character?" I agree with Mr Thakur, every person perceives his/her personality and character in a different way from the others. I don't think that such a question should be asked, but on the other hand the potential employer should examine the presentation of the potential employee with questions based on the actions and the desire of him/her to get this job for something better in the future.
