i think it is beacuse in uae most of the bakeries are handeled men.
The dough of bread is need physical of strong man to create good texture and figure of the breads!and also bake is very difficult for woman to put and to remove it to oven
I think it's because in UAE, most of the bakeries are handled by men. But, if you have excellent expertised and well experienced, wheter you are a men or a woman I don't think it's gonna be difficult as long as you know what you are doing. I am a woman and I am in bakery business for almost 8 years, with 5 years experienced as a Bakery outlet manager.
working on bakery is hard for the ladies specially if your store is more customer they connot make more faster and more harder work not like a man they sre stronger than woman..
because most of workers in UAE are coming form a different countries and its not satisfying for a women to travel out of her country to work as a baker
usually women in UAE works in another fields
