Being active on Bayt.com almost gives me the feeling I'm "employed" by it in the most relieving, refreshing, rewarding, teaching, challenging, yet low-demanding "sense of a job", while surrounded by a wonderful, colourful, sociable, never shrinking, daily changing pool of excellent "colleagues", all together making showing up on it almost a daily hobby & a useful "business" in itself, and I mean it!

I did learn few things and shared my knowledge and experience hoping that someone will make use of it.

Yes for some specialists who provide valuable new insights in terms of access to employment, from the outset, convinced of the great benefit and increased during the period

Yes it helps in terms of helping others or helping your self to educate for what you don't know or you have doubt. Rest depends on luck I am not sure if1 out of100 gets something out of here

Well, I don't know if I ever find a job throug Bayt, BUT I find the whole idea of this "question-answer" game, very refreshing and interesting. I find it intriguing and stimulating! I'm getting in touch with established professionals, open-minded, with experiences, knowledge, humour and from different cultures and countries. What could be more exciting? GREAT IDEA INDEED!! 

Yes , I find it a big opportunity for me to deal with other , in my specialties  , and other specialties  .

I feel it like a big workshop , and frankly I be glad when I find a comment on my answers or my questions , it add a new information to me and good chance to discuss some issues with other cross our country border .

And  also I got to know people who have experience and knowledge and they very gentle
