WTO. World Trade Organisation governs all the trade through out the world.

IMF. International Monetary Fund which is funding loans to the developing nations all over the world.

GATT.General Agreement on Trade and Tariff is governs the rules regarding trade and taxation all over the world.

What would be your preference to use global or local temp table in store procedure and why?
