Check SP34 and CPWD for Labour Constant. When even you do rate analysis pl follow standard labour productive norms which are given.

If you want to really compete in market experience is required for labour production in different condition

I don't know which standard do you mean, but according Russian Unified Norms and Prices one laborer should done1 m3 brickwall per2h30min.
