Try to make career instead of seeking job opportunities only, so please go after those opportunities where you may excel in professional studies,there are employers who offer job as well as study support because its never ending competition and one should well versed with all skills required in profession.
The challange is doing both together try to look for self study materials for these certificates and take it step by step.
There are various weekend training classes designed to suit working professionals to pursue their professional courses along-with their Job in Dubai (or) Abu Dhabi i.e. ACCA, IFRS, CFA & etc.,
