In my point of view one of the most important point is the beginning where how the customer is being addressed then we start With other points like you should have the good communication skills with the perfect knowledge about the product you're selling the customer I also see that after the sale is done it's good to repeat or make sure of what the customer bought and finally is the closing ability where you wish the customer a good day and the ability to close the conversation in a positive way.
