select the clone stamp tool then ples the couser on the point you want to clone then hold on the alt key on the keybord and then right click.

Aligned Sampling. Make a new layer on top of your layers and when selecting the clone stamp on the top bar make sure the box beside "Aligned" is checked and in the menu beside "Sample" check the ALL LAYERS option. Start cloning happily.
