In your opinion, should the company reveal its risk appetite to its employees? Explain why?

In my openion Company should revel its risk to all employee, maybe some one have an idea to cover that risk.

in my opinion the company should not reveal its risk to employees because its company privacy and  it must be shared with involved employees only, may some employees see only the negative side (the Loss of profits) which can lead to employees loss. on the other hand company can share a small part about the risk to employees that they can understand only.

I think that only high executives can know the company's policy and long-term planning. I don't believe that companies will inform their employees about their economic strategies, except when these are at the final stage of planning. The head of the company, only then will infrorm his employees for the new factors.
