i think i understood what you want to say,the answer is no; laws can't go null and void by it self, laws are not custom to say so about it, for example here in Egypt; there's the high Constitution Court that declare that the law is void or not.and there's some other indirect ways to say that the laws are null and void, such as a new legislation announce that the old one became null, or that the new legislation is the only one that we should Take into consideration from now on .
