pingdom.com is good but for clients I usually prefer http://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

http://gtmetrix.com/   They also have some paid features, but the free one is very useful.

 

Google Speed Test also provide useful insights:

Well, Deeb introduced a very useful tool, but it seems that this tool only performs internet speed test  instead of web page speed testing. Please correct me if I am wrong.
