Actually I applied frequently and monitoring my CV on BAYT site . and some time i saw that as a ranked I'm in Top40 and viewed CVs are +100 but my CV is not viewed by the recruitment consultant or employer. So, In this regard i put my question.
you need to improve your CV specially you must be carefull while selecting words to discribe yourself your experience and education. Now recruiter dont have time to go through each and every CV so they use to filter the CVs based on the specific words they look as per the requirement of the company. try this you will see the results soon. best of luck

Thank you for your real question. I agree with you. You can improve key words in your CV, which are relevants your knowledge and skills that would be very easy for the employer to find your CV. You can go directly to employer website for touching your CV. I think it would b helpful to find your job.
