The future of recruitment is shining, Now it is very easy to get the required profile candidate while utilizing online recruitment and its marketing and follow up accordingly.

Historically this HR function has been transformed thoroughly, from Personnel Manager to Talent Acquisition this role has been witnessed with drastic changes and you must agree that from merely job in organization now the recruitment consultant and agency are working like separate business. So just imagine how a job turns into entrepreneurs role. This is the big achievement and this role will continue with allied functions of HR.
