Any foreigners going to other countries are expected to obey, respect and follow the rules just like other countries.  During the Holy month of Ramadan, you have to be more cautious when your outside for people are fasting. Colleagues are great and so with the hospital set-up!

If this question is to be personally viewed and requires my personal reaction, Middle East is a good place to enhance a nurse's delivery of care, especially in the field of Occupational Health Care.
The advancements of technologies in industrial workplaces and the complexities in energy sectors can be a good milestone for a nurse to be more sharp in dealing with Occupational Health and Medical Services, specifically in Health Risk Assessment, Medical Emergency Rescue Plans, Clinic Administrationm, Fit To Work Systems and Sick Leave Control.
