When you see a profile online, what attributes can make a candidate stand out in a crowd?

My current philosophy is hire character, train skill.

That usually comes out more in a one to one interview and not always in a candidate's resume.

Depth of the person,would this person be able to assist my organisation grow

Qualification and experience are the main factors. Frequency of shifting from the organisations also matters alot.

First impression is the last impression. All attributes should team-up in shaping the best FIRST lasting impression. First impression is the all-encompassing attribute, say the X-factor.

 

(And I secretly believe that intuitive judgment based on the applicants all-round presentation plays a big role herein)
