The main key to improve yourself is to learn from market, learn from your mistakes, learn from the succesful activities and errors of your competitors while always believing in the product you aim to sell.
Note that if you don't fully trust/believe on what you're selling, you'll never transmit confidence to your prospect customer, so that means...
you're throwing efforts into the sea...
The worst part is that...
your competitor is also learning from your mistakes, so it means that all points you lose...

We're used to work for TOP brands whose target customer are HNWI; here the main problem we find is that HNWI aren't easily influenced but in counterpart, these brands invest huge amount of efforts in creating events and generating interrelational marketing...
these way, as it is not pointing to sell to ONE and aims to sell to GROUP, direct relationship with prospect owners is a must to transmit properly the strenghts of the product.

you can chose several strategies: get people to talk about your product (although it is wrong...
you're in customer mindset); try to incentivate customers as per loyalty; try to convince market when is young so that they purchase your product after2-10 years...
It all depends on what you sell...

If you are in the first6 months of your job, then do hardcore marketing and increase your funnel.
Do not look at results.
Start increasing your funnel and contacts base and follow up list.
After6 months you will automatically find the results coming in for your6 months of hardwork.
If you have already crossed your probation period, analyze how you are going to the market.
What is the strategy that you are using, Try to find answer for why your customer should buy from you and not from your competitor.
Are you addressing the need of your customer? Check on these points and once you start getting your answers, your numbers will increase as you will know how to approach your customer in the right way.
