  • The first concern would be conflict management. This has even more significance in a multicultural work force.
  • The2nd concern should be motivating the work force towarsds greater efficiency.
  • The 3rd concern would be updatingthe  team memebers about the day to day targets which may change frequently.
  • The4th concern would be aligning the personal goals of the team members with the broader company goals.
