I say, a combination of both weight training and High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)can be very effective in weight loss specifically fat loss. Although steady state cardio done for a longer period of time will raise metabolism to a fat burning zone, it can also make you weak according to some studies and it can be unexciting and boring for most people. It is much more effective to utilize weight training and incorporate High Intensity Interval Training because the more muscle you have the stronger you get, (which is built through weight training) the higher your metabolic rate tends to be even at rest, which means you burn more calories and burn fat faster coupled with HIIT can blast your fat and get you a more ripped body.

cardio is better cuz the wieght training for shipping body and focus at ur shoulder and hands
