Before handling the Quality Assurance (QA), we need first to do Quality Planning (QP). The outputs of the Quality Planning are: Lists of quality standards and compliances, updates to the projact management plan, updates to the project scope statements, and project cost and schedule. These outputs become an inputs to the Quality Assurance. QA occurs in the executing phase, while QP occurs in the planning phase.
