Mix Mangement is a very board subject. 

1. Classify your top Categories 

2. Maximise commission on limited Editions

3. Only present the tier1 channel the Full Mix

4. Optimise the tier2 &3 channel Mix for the top sellers only 

5. Don't give complete mix to all partners work with strategic partners.

This depends the Market share of the company, if the company has strong hold in the local market, there is no need to spend on ATL and BTL activities. The intensity of the spend depends on how strong the company is in the particular market
