A teacher should demonstrate enough patience when receiving feedback from parents or students. It might be bitter but like a medicine it is beneficial for improving skills along with performance of the teacher. If the feedback is genuine we can mend ourselves. If it is unrealistic even then we have the opportunity to clarify our position on that certain matter. Moreover, a polite behaviour helps to enhance our disposition.
