I'm going to answer, "How do you get experience in the customer service field - despite a lack of opportunity?"

Well, this is a very common problem for all youth, around the world, since the latest economic upheaval of2008.  If customer service is something you really want to do then there are most likely some things that you can do in general and specific to help things along:

  • improve technical skills - through teaching others, practice and training;
  • improve general skills, like language vocabulary and pronunciation, by practice, on-line and off-line.

The world economy is slowly improving, we have to remain open to the possibility of moving for work opportunities and we must remain positive.  Sometimes in order to get a start we may need to volunteer our services to community groups to make contacts and have real responsibilities.  A good on-line presence can't hurt either.

I wish you the best of luck, I hope you find that which you seek!
