Many Administrators are doing this mistake when configuring exchange servers.
It is very simple to get rid of these logs by taking full backup of exchange server with exchange backup tools or windows backup tool.
Those logs are infact transactional logs which will only be reset by a proper backup. I am using Veritas Backupexec to take full and incremental backups of exchange and i got no issues with these logs. One of my friend was also suffering with the same logs issues but after configuring the backup, his life is in peace.
Your solution is just a backup of excange.
