Do you agree to make a team to publish Linux at middle east and Africa , and do you agree that this team make their own distribution after publish ?

That's a nice question. 

But why do we need one more distribution when you have lot that cover specific requirements? 

Can you point out your thoughts that we can brainstorm on the same ?
