it doesn't matter if it looksdistrict or no the main purpose of uniforms is (safe-comfort-good presentation for the company  ) so it is no need to be district according to the end user and his taste of readymade .

My answer relates to office jobs as opposed to production, distribution, maintenance or supply chain jobs, in which uniforms are common-place to distinguish teams & indeed add some marketing value & a sense of equality & togetherness where it’s most needed.

I acknowledge some positive effects of enforcing uniforms for office jobs, but this stems from my unwavering approval of unified clothing for primary, intermediate & secondary schools actually (like in England, Japan and other countries), where respect & diversity is promoted through the “apparent equality” at a younger age.

At office jobs, I think the contrary should be done, namely the abolishment of uniform dress-codes, in order to promote equality & diversity among individuals who (presumably & expectedly) reached the age of maturity, wisdom, freedom & adulthood which is characterized by making (and accounting for) own choices.

Off course, regulating dress-code is more than welcome. Enforcing a standard one may be too arbitrary nowadays. Besides, I would personally hate to deprive independent people from their natural desire to express themselves through clothing.

Thanks for your invitation,

In my opinion it a good factor for all.

Uniformity, othewise we may call it "identical Dress Code" The system of coding here, indicates the social impact on organisations cultivating the consciousness of being identical that forms a unique representation. In other words, it is a good factor that determines the regularity and resemblances of attires in common appearance of the working culture.  I believe, the move to regularise uniformity will help bringing the practise of classyfying or systematizing the quality improvement of every employee and employers

Good factor for me, in the sense that it is good to have the same dress to feel more comfortable in a work place.

Many companies and organizations demand their staff to wear uniform. Some people believe that wearing uniform has a lot of advantages, while others disagree. In fact, wearing uniform has both merits and demerits.

Advantages:

  1. One of many advantages is that uniform can distinguish employees of different companies and organizations, so we are able to know practically which company or organization an employee is in.

  2. Another good point of wearing uniform is that it can promote the brands of the companies and the names of the organizations to be known by more people.

  3. Uniform is able to encourage employees in a company or an organization to cooperate and work hard together because they feel that they are belonging to the same group of people and are not left out.

Disadvantages:

  1. Some uniforms look awful.

  2. Accessories (ie necklaces, wrist bands, watches etc) you do not get to wear with the clothes you buy.

  3. Takes away individualism and creativity.

  4. No individuality/creativity.

  5. The same clothes are NOT flattering on everybody.

  6. They can cause false stereotypes/generalizations.

  7. Constant laundry
