In western countries they like multi talented person can do best for companies, specific field or limited the skills are limited knowledge at working?

do you think more knowledge it is bad to get a job now days. HR, i believe using specific format of employment process, if they meet the requirement according to data set program which has specific feeding about responsibilities and roles

People usually develop skills according to their work place requirement.Is someone tell me that they are multiskilled I respect that but i dont belive if he says he is master of all. When hiriing a persons you need to check his areas of knowledge so that you can make him work according to the company requirement.

 

I can give example of Europe, As i am born, lived, educated there. We don't focus on only one skill, that's a fact. I didnt  get very well your topic as the way you express it it is not exactly correct, but i can tell you that they will search for people who are multi talented and multi skilled, people that they can rely on.. Being multi talented its a quality...and this will bring you only benefits in life and make you succesfull :)

do you know western countries so successful in business,  one serect, they can do thing for company to promote the business, if they are owner of business and director, they know everthing about business, let say from clerk level to top management, thats why they are successful people, please have a look who are the most writer of the book

yes it is ture.but one thing also here no more talent you have for job only one talent;this should be200% deep,this one talent from your heart.than world any job would be small.thonk mark juberk (FB),sachin tendulkar .
