Can I make windows application use proxy to access the Internet if the application itself didn't has proxy configuration? and how?

if an application doesnt have proxy configuration, so it will use default setting of internet explorer, and in there you put the proxy setting, and it should work fine.

There should be an option in the application to add the proxy information. Most of the Java based apps you can configure the same
