Not the same bcoz the internet is a large collection of networks which contains services such as the web (world wide web ... www) messages, chats, e-mails etc etc. so Internet is the infrastructure that allows to use the services of the web through its specific address called webpage address or URL.
Internet is just a platform through the same we access web.

It is common in daily conversation to abbreviate them as the "Net" and the "Web", and then swap the words interchangeably. But to be technically precise, the Net is the restaurant, and the Web is the most popular dish on the menu.

Web is one part from the internet , or web host server that host websites pages [ that start with www and end with .html or .php ..etc ]
Internet are network of many many networks with a lot of servers like web servers , mail servers , DNS servers , proxy servers ..etc
